JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing campaign and creative strategy with oversight of execution of large business marketing campaigns, Account Based Marketing (ABM), door opener initiatives to drive growth in Strategic markets. This individual manages efforts to drive units, profitable revenue and operating efficiencies through customer acquisition and migration for the large business portfolio of services including Data, Voice, Video, and Cloud.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Lead a cross-functional team to manage marketing campaigns from project initiation through post campaign analysis and summary report with full accountability for results and optimization recommendations
Manage work with internal teams across product, portfolio marketing, acquisition marketing, marketing automation, data, reporting and analytics with shared services partners for creative and media execution.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Direct Marketing experience -8+
Experience partnering with creative ad agencies to develop creative that delivers outstanding results – 8+
Marketing project management
Experience in developing digital advertising and ABM programs for the following purposes acquisition; upgrade/cross-sell/upsell; retention; education and brand marketing.
Extensive experience developing direct marketing creative, preferably for a subscription-based business
Experience developing scientific test matrices and executing
