The Neiders Company, founded in 1989, is a fully integrated real estate investment firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington. We currently own and operate over 85 apartment communities in the Pacific Northwest and Southwestern United States with other markets under consideration.
We have an immediate need for a reliable, upbeat, enthusiastic Location Admin to support our self-storage facility. The Location Admin is the helpful and knowledgeable point of contact onsite at our self-storage facility. They are enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing self-starters who possess excellent sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
Location Admin Essential Functions: include but not limited to-
- Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills as approved by management.
- Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries.
- Shows and rents self-storage units as well as actively selling and maintaining supplies of moving and packing materials.
- Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner according to company policy.
- Controls delinquencies through telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis including sending out monthly invoices.
- Maintains a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily.
- General management of the office including but not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day, keeping, and balancing petty cash, making daily bank deposits, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Assist in preparing units for auction, vacate as prescribed by law and approved by management.

- High school degree and basic computer skills required; two (2) years of prior experience in relevant industry preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends are required.
- Valid Driver's License and Insurance.
- Meeting the physical requirements of the job such as frequently walking the property, standing for long periods of time, climbing ladders, kneeling, lifting & moving items (up to 50 lbs.).
