Job Profile The bank is searching for a Senior Analyst (Marketing) who will join the Cross-Channel Strategy Team, designed to articulate, build, and bring to market best-in-class cross-channel marketing strategies to accelerate efficient revenue growth and drive customer loyalty. This role serves as a trusted partner to product and marketing teams, responsible for developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and other strategic cross-channel or cross-product initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with various enterprise teams, including Product, Prospect, Customer Growth Marketing, Offer Strategy, Business Development, Legal, Compliance, and Technology. Qualifications High school diploma is required; a diploma will be a plus. Work-related experience is preferred. Responsibilities Support marketing activation efforts to deliver launches on time and address custom needs and roadblocks. Collaborate with product, marketing strategy, brand, marketing channel, and MET teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies aligned with initiative goals. Partner with product and brand teams to assess market trends, customer insights, and support capabilities development for impactful marketing. Manage internal communications to enable greater speed and agility, serving as the point for updates, reviews, and project communications. Manage and support internal team processes and resources such as playbooks, operating models, and channel guides. Skills and Knowledge Excellent communication skills to influence partners at all levels. Ambition and ability to operate fluidly between strategy and execution.
