We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a high-profile client relocating to East Hampton. The client, who spends part of the year in Hong Kong, is seeking someone trustworthy and highly organized to assist with day-to-day needs while in New York. Responsibilities include driving the client to appointments and errands, grocery shopping, and general household and personal support. As the client does not drive, a valid driver’s license and comfort navigating the New York area are essential. The ability to coordinate with her Hong Kong-based team is also key. Her son is attending boarding school.
This is a full-time position with a Friday–Tuesday schedule. The client frequently travels back to Hong Kong for extended periods, during which the candidate will receive paid time off. Additional PTO is available if the candidate needs to take a weekend day off.
The ideal candidate must speak fluent Chinese and bring a calm, professional demeanor to the role. Experience supporting high-profile or international clients is a plus, along with flexibility and reliability. The position can be full or part-time.
Compensation is $35–$45/hour, depending on experience, with reimbursement for gas and parking. They are offering live in during the work week. A relocation stipend may be considered.
