We are looking for dedicated a Manufacturing Specialist in Deer Park Texas 77536 with $23/hr pay for a 12-month contract duration, temp only. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and integrity of our products by performing hydrostatic pressure tests. You'll work closely with both manufacturing and quality teams, using your technical expertise to help detect leaks, weaknesses, or other potential issues in systems and components. Your contribution will help ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards. Require High School Diploma with 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with water and air pressure testing systems – APPLY NOW!

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime available during weekdays and Saturdays as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Perform hydrostatic pressure tests on various parts and components using water and/or air pressure to detect potential leaks or structural weaknesses.
• Ensure product conformance to specifications through in-process measurements and testing.
• Conduct inspections on incoming goods and externally sourced components, ensuring quality at every step.
• Collaborate across departments to address quality concerns, propose improvements, and ensure data exchange for continuous process refinement.
• Follow established manufacturing guidelines and processes, exercising sound judgment in selecting the appropriate actions to maintain product excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with water and air pressure testing systems.
• Strong understanding of hydrostatic testing procedures and related safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions.
• Comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment with strict quality standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail in technical environments.
