Check us out at What You'll Do: Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility for new and existing patients Submit insurance claims and track payments to ensure timely reimbursements Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records Collaborate with the front office and billing team to ensure a smooth patient experience What We're Looking For: Previous experience in dental or medical insurance coordination (orthodontic experience is a plus!) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with dental software systems (experience with Dolphin Management a bonus!)
