Job Description: General Dentist – Asheville, NC

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Dentist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our thriving dental practice in Asheville, NC . Our well-established and patient-focused practice offers a dynamic environment with a strong support team, advanced technology, and a steady flow of patients.

Practice Overview:

• Average Production: $257,707 per month.
• Average Collections: $238,800 per month.
• Total Operatories: 12.
• Total Doctors: 2.
• Total Hygienists: 5.
• Technology: Itero, CBCT.
• Insurance Accepted: We file all insurances and are IN NETWORK with Metlife, Cigna, Delta, BCBS NC, and Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, plan, and perform a variety of general dental procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure excellent patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist.
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with advanced technology such as Itero and CBCT is preferred but not required.
