What You’ll Do

As the Executive Assistant , you will be the right hand to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and managing key responsibilities such as:

• Executive Support & Project Management – Provide high-level administrative assistance, ensuring top priorities are executed efficiently.
• Calendar & Inbox Management – Own the scheduling process, ensuring meetings are coordinated seamlessly.
• Communication & Correspondence – Draft and manage emails, reports, and internal/external communications.
• Document & Contract Handling – Set up and manage e-signature documents to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Procurement & Purchasing – Initiate and complete orders, purchases, and subscriptions as needed.
• Travel & Expense Management – Plan and book travel accommodations, track expenses, and optimize travel logistics. (Bonus points if you find the best deals!)
• Event Planning – Organize team events, off-sites, and key company gatherings.

What You’ll Need

✔ Proven experience providing executive-level support in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
✔ Experience in SaaS, consulting, or agency environments is a strong plus.
✔ Expert proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication skills – You write and speak with clarity and professionalism.
✔ A proactive, adaptable approach – You easily handle curveballs and shifting priorities.
