Position Overview:

As a Dental Practice Manager , you'll work directly under the Director of Dental Operations to ensure smooth, effective operations across multiple practices. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, administrative management, staff leadership, and fostering a patient-focused environment that aligns with BDG's “Lifetime Dental Care” philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Building : Inspire and mentor your team, ensuring staff engagement, excellent patient care, and smooth daily operations.
  • Practice Management : Support office operations with a focus on safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement and growth in all assigned offices.
  • Human Resources : Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and maintain an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
  • Patient Relations : Resolve patient concerns and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of multi-dental practice management or 5+ years of single practice management .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Dentrix Enterprise (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and offices with a high degree of professionalism.
