We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, collaborative setting that prioritizes clinician well-being and client-centered care.
Provide psychotherapy and psychological support to individuals across the lifespan
Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and agency standards
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and supervision as appropriate
Stay current on evidence-based practices, clinical research, and continuing education
Uphold the highest standards of clinical ethics and client confidentiality
Help foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and professional growth
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program (required)
Active Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or license eligibility (required)
Proven experience providing psychotherapy and psychological assessment services
Strong diagnostic, therapeutic, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
Commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care
Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation
Specialized training in trauma, grief, or specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, ACT, DBT)
Experience working with children, adolescents, or families
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (a plus)
