The Service Manager at Route 128 Honda will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to the service department. This includes managing and leading a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts professionals to provide exceptional service to our customers.

  Description of the role:
  Route 128 Honda is seeking a dedicated Service Manager for its Fixed Operations department. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

  Responsibilities:
  - Manage all aspects of the service department including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  - Develop and implement service strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  - Monitor service department metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  - Work closely with other departments to achieve overall company goals.
  - Handle customer escalations and provide excellent customer service.
  - Supervise service advisors and technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship.

  Requirements:
  - 5+ years of experience in automotive service management.
  - Strong leadership and communication skills.
  - Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service department software.
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  - High school diploma or equivalent; degree in automotive technology or business management preferred.
