Key Responsibilities
· Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other mechanical components.
· Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections.
· Communication: Clearly explain mechanical issues and repairs to service advisors and, when necessary, to customers.
· Shop Safety: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

Requirements
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical repair experience; collision-related mechanical work preferred.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle systems including diagnostics, electrical, suspension, and drivability.
· Certifications: ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
· Technical Proficiency: Experience with scan tools, diagnostic software, and repair databases.
· Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, insurance personnel, and customers.
· Bilingual Preferred: English and Mandarin.
