Aerobic Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for an Aerobic Maintenance Technician to join our team! No experience is required—we provide full training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn a trade and build a career in the septic and wastewater industry. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of aerobic septic systems.

· Conduct septic tank pumping and cleaning services as needed.

· Learn and follow state and local regulations for aerobic septic system maintenance.

· Operate and maintain aerators, pumps, control panels, and other septic system components.

· Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions.

· Provide professional customer service, explaining system operation and maintenance to homeowners.

· Maintain accurate service records and report any system deficiencies to supervisors.

· Ensure job sites are clean and restored after service is completed.

Requirements:

· Must be willing to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

No experience necessary training will be provided!

· Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.

· Valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation.

· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

· Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

· Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in plumbing, construction, or wastewater management is a plus.

· Prior knowledge of aerobic septic systems or wastewater treatment is beneficial but not required.

Pay

• $16 per hour.
